1. Nature of Our Services

Blue Wave primarily offers digital and professional services, including but not limited to:

Since these services involve custom work and dedicated professional time, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Cancellation Before Project Starts

If you cancel your project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on any administrative or processing costs already incurred.

3. Cancellation After Project Commencement

Once a project has started:

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be provided for work that has already been completed.
• If the project is terminated midway, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Custom Development Services

All custom-developed products, including websites, mobile applications, branding materials, graphics, and software solutions, are created specifically for each client.

Therefore:

• These services cannot be returned.
• Refunds are not available after development has begun.
• Completed deliverables are considered accepted upon final approval by the client.

5. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Payments for digital marketing, SEO, advertising, and social media management are non-refundable once the service period has started.

As marketing results depend on many external factors, Blue Wave does not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Website traffic
• Sales or revenue
• Lead generation
• Social media follower growth

6. Subscription & Maintenance Services

For recurring services such as website maintenance, hosting support, or monthly marketing plans:

• Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once services have begun.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you accidentally make:

• Duplicate payments
• Incorrect payment amounts

please contact us immediately. After verification, any eligible excess payment will be refunded using the original payment method where possible.

8. Exceptional Refund Requests

Blue Wave may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Billing errors made by Blue Wave.
• Services that cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Blue Wave.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and any decision made by Blue Wave shall be final.

9. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
• Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
